God Has Been Faithful
Remember the times there seemed to be no way but God made a way. Take your mind back to when God delivered you from what could have consumed you. Remember how He provided for you when there was no sign of help. Remember the protection He granted you from what would have taken you out. Take your mind back to the times you were not worthy but God answered your prayers. Recall those that started this journey with you and are no longer here but you're still here. If you can trace your life from when you can remember to now, you'll clearly see that God has been faithful.
The problem we have is, we only remember the things we are yet to receive from God. We focus on what is yet to be when we are surrounded by so much that has been already, so much God has done. Look around you. Count what He has done. You'll see that God has been faithful. He's been faithful even when you didn't know it. He's been faithful when you didn't deserve it. He's been faithful when you weren't thankful. God has been faithful. His faithfulness is forever.
Any time doubt knocks, remember God's faithfulness. Any time the enemy pushes you to believe God won't show up for you, remember the uncountable times He has shown up on your behalf. If the spirit of loneliness comes, remember that God has always been with you. It's a promise He will forever keep. He's been faithful before. He's faithful now. He will be faithful forever.
1 Corinthians 1:9
God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
2 Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
Psalms 119:90
Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides.
1 Thessalonians 5:24
He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
