The Ultimate Saviour: What He Did For Us At The Cross
Jesus Christ is the Ultimate Saviour. He is the only Saviour of the whole world given by God. There is no other Saviour except Him. He has always been our Saviour from the foundations of the earth, even before He was manifested on earth more than 2,000 years ago. He is the Lamb that was slain from the foundations of the earth.
Jesus did a perfect work of atonement for us on the cross. God’s redemption plan for man through His Son was perfect. Nothing can be added or removed from it. Jesus the Son of God saved us from sin and the consequences that came with it. The sacrifices of animals made in the past were only a shadow of the perfect sacrifice to come. Those sacrifices covered sin temporarily until the blood of Jesus was shed to remove sin and its sting once and for all. When Jesus bled on the cross, His blood cleansed past sins, present sins and even sins in the future. He died just once to deal with sin.
At the cross, Jesus delivered us from sin and we were made the righteousness of God through Him. He saved us from the clutches of the enemy, sin, sickness, principalities and powers of darkness. He redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse on our behalf. He delivered us from the oppression of the devil and from the judgment to come.
Whoever believes in Jesus Christ has eternal life. He is no longer condemned because he believes in the only begotten son of God. He has been adopted by God and has access to eternal inheritance in Christ. He is justified through the blood of Jesus Christ. The believer in Christ possesses the new life of abundance.
Jesus secured everything we lost through His death and resurrection. He gave us back the life and the presence of God we lost through sin. He did so much for us. We may not be able to count it all. One thing only is required of us. God requires us is to believe in Jesus. That’s our part to play. When you believe, you cross over from death into life. When you believe, you are immediately translated from darkness into God’s marvelous light. When you believe, you’re saved from the judgment to come and assured of eternity with God. Accept and believe your Saviour, and He will give you the new life He purchased for you with His blood.

Romans 8:15-17
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13-14

The list of what Jesus did for us is inexhaustible. His blood purchased so much for us. Only believe and receive Him and you shall be saved. He paid the ultimate price for you.
