Word Of The Week: Serve The Lord- Exodus 23:25
And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. Exodus 23:25
Meditation/Action
Serve the Lord. Walk with Him. He blesses those that daily serve Him intentionally and consistently. The saints of old served the Lord. They served Him consistently and were blessed for it. God wants you to do same. Serve Him. Walk with Him. Make Him the centre of your life.
The Word of the Lord and His promises do not return void. He is the faithful God that keeps His promises. In Exodus 23:25, He promises to bless you and to take away sicknesses from you if you would serve Him. His Word and promises have never gone unfulfilled. They don’t fail. He is too faithful to fail. He is the only God that never changes.
Serve the Lord. It is easier to serve Him, be blessed and protected by Him than to live a life exposed to the afflictions of the enemy. Go for the Lord instead. They that walk with Him are covered and protected. They that serve Him are shielded from the fiery darts of the evil one, the devil. Psalm 91 sums it up. Stay protected by serving the Lord. Stay blessed by walking with Him. That’s God’s plan and will for you.
